Participants need to bring a pillow, two towels and something comfortable to lie on e.g. duvet or sleeping bag. A fun and informative course working with the reflex points on the feet which will enable you to carry out a full Reflexology treatment for your family or friends. It brings the body into balance and can help a wide range of disorders such as depression, muscle pain, digestive problems, insomnia and hormonal imbalances.

This course is a perfect preparation for continuing on an ITEC Diploma in Reflexology.

The course aims to introduce students to the basic reflexology techniques using their own hands, focusing on the physical aspects of this complementary therapy. Students will be taught by demonstration, explanation and guided individual practical on themselves and exchanging with other students. This course is ideal preparation for continuing on to an ITEC diploma in reflexology.
